I am not sure if many people have seen the TV on the Yoshi-blade. Well that is one impressive knife and if you have some experience in the kitchen trying to cut meat or poultry with your current knives then you can appreciate what the commercial depicts.

I went ahead and order a set as I can always use a better knife and the price is great compare to what you would pay at Sears for an equivalent set that would not last as long as this one. In a while I will post a video showing the knife for all of you who don’t believe the TV hype (I don’t blame you). Anyways I think it makes for a great xmas present and a nice kitchen addition.
