Ab Circle Pro Reviews – Does Ab Circle Pro Really Work?
John Davenport Wrote:
When you watch the infomercial for the Ab Circle Pro you can’t help being impressed. It looks like a lot of fun to workout with this machine. And the models who appear in the infomercial are so fit that the temptation level immediately skyrockets.
But before you rush off to spend $200 (the full price of this machine) ask yourself this: does the Ab Circle Pro really work?
Well, the jury’s still out on that but there is a lot of doubt in my mind for a number of reasons:
1. The Ab Circle Pro reviews I have read online are far from positive. Sure, some are happy with it, but it seems like most people have found at least one problem with it.
Some of the common complaints are that the knee pads can be painful, that the machine tends to breakdown, and that you don’t really get a good workout out of it. Not the kind of thing that makes you feel like buying this product.
2. However, the real reason why I believe that Ab Circle Pro doesn’t work is that I believe it defies science and the way the body really operates. What the infomercial implies is that by working out with this machine you can lose belly fat. This is virtually impossible because you can’t lose stomach fat by doing targeted exercises.
It has long been proven that spot fat reduction is a myth. You can’t burn fat from a specific body part by doing targeted exercises. We burn fat from our body as a single unit. So, I just don’t believe this machine can work.
Furthermore, I believe that you can get an awesome workout doing exercises on a mat at your home or with other, much less expensive, equipment like a swiss ball for instance.
Of course, the decision is yours, but I recommend reading this complete Ab Circle Pro Review before making up your mind.

The Ab Circle Pro can on the market with a big launch, promoted heavily on TV and online. It quickly became a hot seller, mainly because it looked like an amazing piece of fitness equipment.
However, soon the rosy picture painted in the infomercials began to get tainted. No longer was it possible to ignore the fact that a lot of user reviews of the Ab Circle Pro were far from positive. It seemed as if this machine, which looked so great in the infomercial, was in fact no so great after all.
Here are just a few of the Ab Circle Pro Complaints that I read:
1. It isn’t made of such high quality material. In fact, some people reported missing parts or that the machine broke up when they used it.
2. The knee pads aren’t comfortable to use. In fact, some people reported that the knee pads were actually painful to use as the padding wasn’t good enough.
3. The side to side motion of the Ab Circle Pro creates a lot of momentum. This momentum can actually reduce the effectiveness of your workout because if you move from side to side with the force of this momentum, you’re really not working out. The movement is done without any effort on your part.
4. The position you assume when you work with the ab circle pro may harm your back. You have to make sure your back and neck are straight when working out with it.
5. You don’t really get such a powerful workout with the AbCirclePro. Some people actually said they feel more strain in their arms than in their abs. As to the cardio, I imagine you can get a better workout by running or even walking fast.
On the other hand, there are reviews which say good things about this machine. Some users were happy with it.
The question is whether the Ab Circle Pro is worth the $200 price tag. Only you can answer this question for yourself. I imagine it has much to do with how often you feel that you will work out with it.
